Filter houses service
We have got rather large service team which executed individual service works based on its many years of experience. If the customer is satisfied enough and takes an interest, we are able to arrange a regular long-time service where we longitudinally and regularly monitor particular filter houses and subsequently optimize its operating costs. We also provide so called “turnkey deliveries”, that means a complete design of the technical specification, support of filter elements, cages or reinforcement frames supply and subsequent service work.

- Filter elements replacement
- Replacement of screw conveyer bearings, rotary feeders, fans etc.
- Operational fan impeller balancing
- Filter houses regular service
- Repair of cleaning system and its components (diaphragms, valves, flaps, fans, etc.)
- Leakage test where fluorescent powder ®Leak Dust is applied
- Pre-coating before starting up the filter house usually with dry hydrate
- Filter house components delivery (rotary feeders, bearings, distributing pipelines, sealings, valves and diaphragms, shafts, fan impellers, couplings, etc.)
